You can do this regardless of your nationality, and as the post above suggests, you already have.

However if you are talking about doing it in LOS your choice of username would already suggest you have decided to align yourself with the lowest class (certainly for your Thai aspirational hopes) so I think your pursuit is somewhat futile.
