I understand that UOB still offer 100% mortgage on condos, does anyone know if this is correct?

being accepted is not an issue only wondering about the 100% part.

also if anyone has had dealings with this bank for home loans, please share.

IMHO, I don't think that this is possible to obtain 100% loan, not in Thailand anyway, plus

it doesn't make business sense to land 100% on a property, the best will be to either call

them, or go to see them in person, I'm sure they will be able to communicate in English..

I have never heard of this.

No, I tried this bank and only certain professions, eg doctor get 100%
