    as the name might suggest, its MALay-INDia Air, and owned by the ever expanding Indonesian LIOnair. Has set up late last year its Thai division ThaiLionAir. They started with routes BKk to KUL/SIN and of course JKT. Due to low demand, they intend to team up with their flourishing operations ex KUL to India to attract Indians coming to TH. Mighty competitor to AirAsia- lets wait and see how long it will take before the usual TV users start to flack them the same way as they do AA.
