I have a friend from the States who is interested in working on an agricultural project here later this year. Her main interest is in sustainable development. Are foreigners allowed to work on the Royal projects and if so how does one go about it?

Your friend could work of Habitat for Humanity. From the people I talked to they didn't get their farang workers WPs and they never had a problem. It's not like laws are enforced uniformly or equitably here in the LOS. Jing jing.
