Sunscreen recommendations

Featured Replies

A lot of the sunscreens available here in Thailand are marketed to Thais, and as such have a zinc oxide base or other 'whitener'. As a farang, I'm plenty white and I don't want to use sunscreens that make my skin artificially white. I currently use a 55 sunscreen lotion manufactured by Berich that blends into my skin when gently rubbed in without leaving a white reside, but the problem is that I can seldom find it at the various pharmacies that I go to.

So, what do you use? I'm looking for sunscreen recommendations that are SPF50 or above, that don't leave a white reside, and that don't smell bad.

Suggestions?

Nivia protect fresh. It's a spray on.. covers really nicely .. I usually HATE suncream for the reasons you stated. This stuff is great!

Thanks! I'll give that a try. Nivia products are pretty easy to find. thumbsup.gif
