Hey just a quickie :D

I got my Non Imm B Visa from UK and it stated this must be used by 22/11/06. It also says good for multiple journeys to Thailand.

So I arrived in Thailand on 4/12/05 and was admitted till 3/3/06.

Then I did my visa run on 3/3/06 and was admitted till 31/5/06.

Then I did my visa run on 31/5/06 and was admitted till 28/8/06.

Now I’m going home in the early part of September but I would like to do another border crossing at Mae Sai to do some shopping when is the earliest I can cross the border?

For example could I go to the border on the 15/7/06 and in theory that would get me admitted again till 13/10/06 allowing plenty of time for me to go home in September and also using up the visa before 22/11/06 as stated above.

So my question is can I cross the border this early? Or is there no limits to when I can cross?

Or is there a limit to how early I can go get my next stamp?

Could I go every other week and get the 90 days until the above stated date 22/11/06 in which the visa says it must be used by then.

Thanks for your help everyone

Cheers

Ash :o

You can go every week if you so like. So your plan as outlined is fine. You can also return on day 21 or 22/11/06 and receive another 90 day stamp (your visa only has to be valid for entry-your permitted to stay can be for longer than the visa expiration date)

Well that sorts that out. I just love Mae Sai loads of cheap deals and I love the hustle and bustle of the market right across the border.

Each time I go the guys carrying the baskets always have new products which are always worthless crap but I love listening to them trying to sell it to me.

Last time I went the were offering Viagra LOL

Cheers for your help guys!
