Some good news but some may not want to hear it...

Featured Replies

pj123.....Thats Good to hear (read) alright....slowely but surely hey?

Why would some not want to hear about less children dying ?

Yes, this is undoubtedly very good news and a counterpoint to the many TVF posters who disparage the universal healthcare scheme. Probably the figures will have been influenced by the extension of free UHC to the children of migrants and stateless people since about 2012. In fairness to the ex-PM she was passionate about that reform.

Because there are quite a few truly pathetic farangs on TV who would love nothing but bad news about Thailand so that they can keep beating their tired drum about how awful the Thais are. And even with good news, they will find something negative to say. Mark my words.

There is nothing more sacred nor more beautiful than a child, any child.

I'm happy to see this statistic.

I'm sure the original poster didn't want to imply the contrary.

Thank you healthbkkbkk. Having spent a small fortune and a great deal of stress on IVF (ongoing) I can assure everyone I didn't.

By the way did anyone see this reported in the Thai press?
