I am traveling back to Thailand, once i choose a date to return.

Dose anyone know the daily rate for overstay in Philippines.

I believe it's P.500 per month (or part thereof) of overstay PLUS all the visa extension fees you should have paid, and a variety of other charges and add-ons - probably another P.500 or so. You should go to an immigration office to settle any outstanding matters relating to overstay. Don't just turn up at the airport expecting to pay there, as you will almost certainly not get on your flight.

It's going to be more expensive and more hassle than just extending your visa, so why bother?
