Popular Post featography
Living in Sansai, my neighbor came home with a dog this afternoon. That in itself is not unusual, due his business, selling pets supplies, and being in the distribution chain of pure breeds. This particular dog the wife and I took particular notice of though. It is one of our favorite breeds, and a beautiful speciman at that. The dog and our 3 yr.old. daughter took a liking to each other right off. Story my neighbor shared was, this dog was wandering the streets around his business which is close to new Maya Mall, where some folks took it in and started caring for it. They say the dog had been wandering the streets around Maya for one or two weeks prior to that. Not being in a position to keep this dog, and knowing it had been well cared for by its true owners, and probably missed dearly, they took the dog to my neighbor's shop and asked for their help. I told my neighbor, if he wanted to leave it with us, I would post it in Thaivisa, in the event that the owners read TV. He was happy to take my offer because they are never home during the day, and we are, so the wife, daugther and I can spoil the animal rotten. So here is deal. If the owner reads this and sends me a message, he will need to tell me the breed, gender, age, and name of this fine canine, and attaching a photo wouldnt hurt too. We will keep it with us indefinitely, and treat it at least as well as the owners have, until the owner does claim it.

I just went there, and posted it. Hopefully the owner will find it and prove its theirs, before my family gets overly attached.
fredge45
featography, you a good person for taking this dog in then trying to find the original owner. Seems to me that if the owner isn't found the dog had found a great new home. Thanks for being so kind.
cmsally
Looking at the facebook page it seems a huge percentage of lost dogs are Huskies! The great "off we go and don't come when we are called dog".

Update; I check 4 times a day here and the lost and found site, still no post from owner. This dog is incredably well trained, and polite. Last night loaded daughter into her car seat, dot standing next to me watching quietly. I turned to open driver door to start car, sat down, and the dogs nose nudged my cheek. It had cleared the daughter, landed on seat next to her and sat ''at attention'', ready to ride. Darn critter is a tick magnet though. Took between 100 and 150 off of her 2 nights ago. Last night and this morning found 4 more. Also with shedding, we could go into business producing dog hair filled pillows.

Loves to ride in the car, behaves very well in public. Hurry owner, before we disavow any knowledge of this dog.

The dog, an Alaskan Malamute, female, 3-4 yrs of age, blue eyes, who my 3 yr. old daughter instantly attached to, calling her Dolphin for the color similarities, has as of last night been reunited with her owners. My wife delivered her to her home, where she was excited to be back with her family. My daughter on the other hand, was almost in tears when she learned 'Dolphin' went home. Such is life. Thanks for the kudos and interest in this topic.
