Panasonic Service Centre in Bangkok?

Hi,

My Lumix is broken after just a few months, and the service address I have on the card in 75 Seri Thai Road, Kannayao district. The tourist board said it's far, not sure of buses, go to Mochit and 40 minute taxi from there, so in other words, it's going to take all day. I tried phoning but only get waiting messages for ten minutes.

Does anyone know, is that still the correct address, is there any location more central? Does a bus go there? Thanks for any info.

Don't believe it, but I just got an immediate response to an email.

For anyone's future reference there's a Panasonic service centre in Bangna: I've used it a few times.

Travel on the frontage road on the opposite side of the bangna-trat road from Central Bangna heading in the direction of Bitec. In less than a kilometre or so there will be a u-turn bridge across bangna-trat road...don't uturn as the service centre will be in the big building 50m before the uturn...theres a Panasonic sign and there's parking.

I have used their service center on Seri Thai Road (right at the motorway exit) and they are friendly and competent.

They also sell stuff there at very good prices.
