Living up North, we don't tend to get all the details in the news, but my work colleague who is also heading there in the next few days was advised to change his flight to fly with Thai Air to avoid Don Mueang... TheOggMonster Posted May 23, 2014 Share Posted May 23, 2014 I missed my flight from Don Mueang yesterday because of the road blocks. I took a taxi from silmon to Don Mueang leaving myself 1&1/2 hours to get there. All was going well until about 5km away from the airport when the traffic came to a standstill! By the time i arrived it was too late. Being stuck in a taxi for nearly 2 hours and missing my flight wasn't much fun! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
