PATTAYA:--In the early hours of Tuesday Police arrested a 29 year old man, who was accused of stealing a bag from a Thai Man located nearby. The suspect had only been released from Prison days earlier relating to drug offences.

Police arrested Khun Samlit who was apprehended on Pattaya Beach Road in front of Soi 13. He was in possession of the bag which belonged to Khun Usana aged 41 who was walking in Soi 12 and was on his way home when the suspect is thought to have come up from behind and struck the victim across the head before running away with the bag which contained 140 Baht in cash and personal documents.

The suspect revealed he had come to Pattaya to see his girlfriend after his release from Prison on 12th April

and he kept the bag. must like it in prison,

My interpretation from this is that he and his girlfriend are never meant to be sad.png

Dear police!

Please take also a eye in the song tails of walking street a lady boy also steal my bag there at 5 I clock noon

No news here, except the headline is misleading. How about, "Career Criminal Moving up the Corporate Ladder". Getting out and then getting back in seems to be a part of the process. Who knows, maybe the man has been institutionalized and getting out is a step backwards?

There's no excuse for this, if he was broke he could try to sell something out in the streets, many jobs he could do that would pay him more than 140 baht per day .
