I need to purchase some basic health insurance. Who would you recommend? I am 34 years old and in good health. I have heard of BUPA - Blue cross. I have had this before and was pleased with it while I was in LOS previously.

I am interested in paying monthly or quarterly. I am looking for a type of insurance that covers me for emergency situations as well as minor things (the flu...etc...).

At the very least I would consider a very basic plan but also would consider something that is comprehensive (depending on the rate) as well.
