stevehhd Posted May 29, 2014 Share Posted May 29, 2014 Before rushing off to the land office make sure you can pinpoint the land on the master plot if you don,t have a copy of the front of the deed. briando Posted May 29, 2014 Share Posted May 29, 2014 Hi, I'm sorry to disappoint you but in my experience of trying to find owners of properties,the land office cannot help you.Even if you can find out the name of the owner the land office does not have any other info such as address or phone numbers.My thai wife and I have tried many times to find an owner and have always come up against a brick wall.This was not in Bangkok but near Chiang Rai.If anyone else can give more info I would love to hear it for my own use.
