I lost my debit card and was told by my local branch that I would have to travel to the branch where I originally opened my account to get a replacement. It’s about 30 miles from where I stay. I told the male bank employee, “That’s nonsense,” and I subsequently got it replaced at another branch nearby. They offered me a card for 600 baht, including insurance, but I declined that and paid 300 baht for a Rabbit debit card instead.
