Carlosm
Been trying to watch the footie on my laptop and can only get 'flash' streaming which is bad. Plus everytime i try to watch it on the BBC website it just say's 'sorry, unavailable right now, try again later'. So, how can i watch the BBC iplayer ? a mate of mine said its something to do with the VPN and need to download something, but what ? any help appreciated but i'm not too computer savvy so make it not too geeky please
HeavyDrinker
Use Chrome browser and add Hola to chrome. It's not perfect, but is the best solution around.

stoneyboy
Just stump up 900 baht and buy Thai Expat TV for the month and 600 baht a month thereafter, I used a VPN in the past, absolutely dreadful, took hours to download one programme from the Iplayer and it wasn't even possible to stream. Now with Thai Expat TV I can watch what I like when I like as there service offers 7 days of previous content, and it's all streamed from local servers so it's never usually an issue even when watching live TV.

Globalist
It is certainly possible to watch iPlayer by procuring a VPN service and setting it to a UK server. One of the more popular ones is HideMyAss. Yes the name is dubious.. but it is in fact reputable.
