bungalow for August in Hang Dong

Hi,

I am new to this forum so I am hoping this is an appropriate post.

My girlfriend and will be spending the month of August in Chiang Mai taking the CELTA course. We are looking for reasonably inexpensive but NOT a dive accommodation in Hang Dong

I think this is about 1 km southeast of 108 and the southern Ring Road

Ideally we would like a separate little bungalow as we will be playing music (guitar and flute) and don't want to be bothering people in neighboring rooms.

Any suggestions? SO far I have come across 2 options - Teak House and Nugent Waterside. Any info on either of these two places would be appreciated.

We will have motorcycles so transportation won't be a problem. We are looking to locate +/- 8 km of the school

There's a home stay in that area. I'm away now but check the small intersection on the small back road that links The 121 with Baan Tawai.
