Royal Thai Marines Course Sattahip

If the golf course you refer to is the one in the base on the right, just before Tesco Lotus coming from Pattaya, I tried to play there about 2 weeks ago. I handed in my ID at the control office and went down to the course. After parking, I put on my golf shoes and carried my bag to the golf sala/shop where I was told that non-Thais cannot play!!! I then went to Bang Saray course which was, and still is open to all nationalities. I've tried phoning the number on the Marines course scorecard, but no one ever answers. I like the Marines course because it's more scenic, with proper 'dog-leg' holes, and there are no 'distractions' ie caddies.
