Royal Project Produce

Featured Replies

Does everyone else agree this stuff is pretty top notch

Being from the uk i love a good jacket spud but i'd all but given up hope of ever getting one here in Thailand , even those at Villa are just terrible, tastelss and full of water.

So i was pretty chuffed when i started seeing Jacket potatoes appear at my local Big C under the Royal Project banner.

And they werent a disappointment, ok maybe not up to Marks & Spencer standard but certainly head and shoulders above all the others ive tried in Thailand

if you prefer Marks and Spencer quality may you try it in the UK?coffee1.gif

my local fresh market got great potatoes just to less starch for making Thuringia dumplings.

I did try Marks and Spencer in the uk, regularly :)

The spuds I get in the local fresh market are fine. More the "waxy" type than a "floury" variety, but not quite either,

I see no point paying triple the price at Tops.
