harrry
Is there a way to do it without going to Bangkok or Phuket? As Bangkok only acepts till noon it means staying overnight They do indicate that if the Passport you have is in good order and you are ill and unable to travel and live a long distance away it may be possible to do it by mail. My guess is that they will be pretty restrictive about that and you will need a really good reason.
