huuwi Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 Friend of mine was at Racha Noi 2 days ago. He was send away by the navy and told that Noi is belong to the navy. They also start and build a little shack on the hill above the beach. No one is alowed to get on the beach, they painted scull and cross bone on the bolders and also writing in thai and english. NomadJoe Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 I've heard and seen nothing, but haven't been to Noi in over a week. 3 days ago the HMS Srirachi based at Cape Panwa 5th Area Command was at Raya Yai doing what looked like diver draining of some kind.
