I'm currently taking it, no real noticable difference. I take it in AM. I've read where people taking it for sleep take it an hour or two before going to bed. I've tried to take it in the evening but I routinely take my medicine in the morning - so I constantly forget. It's a routine I've had for decades and not easily changed -
