Has anybody been lately to Chiang Saen (near Chiang Rai) where it is possible to cross to go to a casino in laos without having to stamp your passport ?

Is the situation the same as before or anything changed since the coup ?

More check of gamblers or just take a boat as before to go to the casino ?
