My Mrs wants recipes she can watch when it suits her. Are there any popular cooking channels on Youtube? Would prefer Youtube because I can download them for her and play back on the TV.

Thanks for that. Yes there are strategies for digging these things up using Thai keywords. I asked on this forum because I hoped that someone would recommend a channel they thought was quite good (as opposed to me using the above method and finding something good by trial and error). Cheers

What is good is very subjective. One might prefer the Thai equivalent of high dining, whilst another might prefer authentic street food. For British cuisine, some love the basic recipes of Jamie, others the solid trustworthiness of the Blessèd Delia, and others the overwrought offerings of Heston. Such variety exists within Thai cuisine too.

I'd suggest you either state in precise terms what exactly you consider to be "quite good" in the hope that somebody with the same tastes knows of a channel, or you do a little work of your own.
