You might try calling the Pattaya Sports Club and see if they know anybody that wants to sell a membership. Just talk to the admin people. Perhaps the club president will know somebody wanting to sell a membership.

Is anybody a member of Phoenix Golf Club and want to sell their membership?

If you ask at the office at the course, they can refer you to a broker who regularly has memberships for sale. I was there last Saturday and I know that he currently has about 3 lifetime memberships for sale at the moment.
