I am looking for a recommendation of a reliable, trustworthy contractor that can do proper maintenance / cleaning of multiple units. Should be available on short notice for emergency repairs, too. Getting very unhappy with my present one, who does not show or does a half ass cleaning job. Lately does not even clean the drip pan in the unit anymore which causes almost immediate clogging up again, after servicing the unit.Thank you all. MS>

I suggest Central air on Sukhumvit almost opposite Bonnthavorn or the service team from the manufacturer. Will cost you a few hundred more per unit, but at the end you get what you pay for.

Do they do small job house calls too?
