Woke up Saturday morning to find Internet down. The lights on the Router indicated that it was not a problem at TOT, but still waited for 4 hours. Called the automatic number they have now and lady called me on my cel 20 mins later. Told me she would give to technician. As it was already afternoon I did not expect a response that day. Next day at 9am my TOT phone rang once. Haha I thought, they are working on it. Sure enough, at 11am got a call on my cel from technician to make sure I was home. He arrived 10 mins later. He spoke good English, very knowledgeable and professional. He replaced my Router and made sure I was happy with everything before he left. I tipped him 100 baht. So to receive this service during a holiday period, TOT has to be given 5 stars. I have been with TOT now for several years and I would estimate my uptime has been close to 99%.
