JusMe Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 As I recall, the Air doesn't have a disc slot anyway. Is this a MacBook or an Air? If the MB, there should be a small pinhole beside the slot. You can gently insert a straightened paper clip into it and press to release any disc caught in there. Another way is to restart and hold the Option key while doing so. I think it's the Option key, but haven't done it in a while so could be mistaken. If you've got a mouse, hold the mouse down while restarting - that definitely kicks any disc out.
