July 17, 201412 yr Where can I find one? I stopped by a local shop on Phahon, full of dozens upon dozens of Seiko models, all of them with the usual Arabic numerals. Any tips?

July 17, 201412 yr You might try the main Seiko office on Petchburi Road. I don't know their exact address but if you Google Seiko Bangkok you will be able to find it.
July 17, 201412 yr It is difficult enough to find a wall clock with Thai numerals let alone a wrist watch.
July 18, 201412 yr Author This article says you are very unlikely to find one: http://wristwatchings.wordpress.com/2014/02/13/watches-with-other-number-systems/ Now that I think about it, I agree with that article, I think most of the examples of watches with alternate number systems do look kitschy. Maybe I'll just give up the idea altogether. You might try the main Seiko office on Petchburi Road. I don't know their exact address but if you Google Seiko Bangkok you will be able to find it. Thanks for the tip. I think I'll head down there some time soon.
July 18, 201412 yr It is difficult enough to find a wall clock with Thai numerals let alone a wrist watch. They replaced a perfectly good clock in our school with one with Thai numerals. It stopped after two weeks, and has stayed stopped. I wanted one to send back home, haven't found one yet.

The only other one i found was in JJ Market and the bloke wanted 1500 baht for it - i suspect he was ofering it at the falung discount price.
