MJCM
I use this FireFox add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/british-english-dictionary/?src=api Good one, you of course 1st need a dictionary installed before spelling works. Question, when you install firefox for the 1st time, is a dic installed with it (for example en-us when you install en-us firefox?) My guess it is, but cant test at the moment. Will test this when I receive my NUC from InvadeIT and report back. Sent from my iPad so Please excuse any typos
David48
Thanks Crossy ... I did indeed download and completed the Add-On as you described. Checked to make sure that, as per post #5 the box was ticked for check my spelling as I type. Unfoortunateely it hasn't woorked ... UNTIL ... I checked the add-on and discovered that it didn't automatically enable ... So, looking at this (thanks MJCM) The bit where it said Languages (below Check Spelling) I had to right click and enable or select it there. So, between the three of us, we worked it out. 1/ Install in the Dictionary 2/ Enable it Gentlemen ... EDIT ... no more likes left ... back later with a couple of them .
