They suggested to enclose cash in the envelope to pay for the return shipping. I am reluctant of doing so, as I dont want it to get "lost" in transit. lungbing Posted July 31, 2014 Share Posted July 31, 2014 Just an idea, but if you're in Bangkok buy current Vietnamese stamps at a stamp dealer and enclose them. There are also International Reply Coupons, but I don't know if the Thai and Vietnamese Post Offices are members. Or perhaps prepay with Paypal?
