I've heard news stories before about cars, trucks, minivans and shipping containers coming off of overpasses and falling to the ground below and always wondered how did that happen?
 
Driving to fast, falling asleep at the wheel, bad weather, medical condition of the driver?
 
Although i don't know the circumstances i've just seen this video from yesterday of how it happens.

Luckily i believe the driver climbed out the car after the accident! News story in Thai
