Its like you were claiming Pol Pot was a human right leader because he did kill less people than Hitler or Staline... Dont you see any controversity?

 

And by the way, you didnt heard they put recently thailand in the third tier watchlist because of their constant human right violation....you know slavery, human traficking. But they didnt put other SEA nation in this watch list.... right? So who is the worst nation in SEA?
