I don't know for it, but I doubt you can legally work.

 

When you have details, you can PM to me. I don't know too much about it, but I am Austrian and I studied there, know most of the Universities, can see things that look unreasonable and can contact people to see if that offer is really valid at this university.....

Why Austria? Unless you speak Austrian, or at least German you'll have a hard time getting around.

I am Austrian as well and have just graduated from Vienna University last winter, now studying in Thailand.

As an official student from a third country (non EU) you are allowed to work to a certain extent  . Although i could imagine, it would be hard to find a (good) job without at least ok german skills.... Also very few international Programs that are taught in English. tuition fees are very affordable, for third country nationals roughly 750€ per semester ( about  33000 baht)
