Our local Chinese and mainly Catholic hmongs neighbours prefer the lie in to the grill finish? What are the legalities pros and con? Nothing about your home. Burying ashes at your home is not a problem you can do whatever you like with them as long as the body has been legally cremated of course.

August 10, 201411 yr There must be some regulations or customs. We had a still born child in the family and it was buried in a distant corner and given a grave. The monks did perform a ceremony. My understanding is a monk needs to be present and that should only happen after all legalities have been completed. It is a criminal offence in Thailand to not report a death to the Police within 24hrs.
August 11, 201411 yr they bury them in a shallow grave not very deep in unconsecrated ground . i took half my wifes ashes back in my bag on the plane for burial in England as thats where she wanted to be buried ,she didnt need a passport
