fab4
If this report is about a percentage rise in exports to Cambodia, why mention China? Am I missing something? (MCOT online news) And how does a 9.1% rise in exports from Thailand to Cambodia morph into a 59%! rise in imports from Thailand? Because the last corrupt government bought it in, siphoned off the rest through the back door (made an incidental fortune, from the real rice), and now they're sending back Cambodia's original rice, all within a few months. Amazing hey? ;)
