Twenty-two provinces are using the Hollywood Model in their management

The Civil Service Commission (CSC) and the Interior Ministry have instructed middle-level executives and officials of government agencies in 22 provinces of Thailand to follow the “Hollywood Model” in their management and operations.

CSC adviser Boonrod Singwattanasiri (บุญรอด สิงห์วัฒนาศิริ) said the Hollywood Model brings capable people in every field to work together like a movie production team.

“Producers” and “directors” in the team will set the roles of “actors and actresses”, encourage them to work with maximum efficiency and see to it that they will always succeed in doing their jobs.

Mr. Boonrod said the Hollywood Model is being used in 22 provinces.

Unless they're looking for Thailand to be the Hollywood hub of Asia or something.
