Korat Correct Posted July 10, 2006 Share Posted July 10, 2006 TT&T server failure all day on the 5th July and the weekend before. I told them I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I complained and asked them for a rebate. I asked if there is an Internet regulator? I told them a Sham is defined as something that is not as good as or genuine as it seems to be....FALSE I asked them if this fitted their description. I am waiting for their response. I am not sure how long my contract has to run but does anyone know of a better service? I wrote another letter to point out their website is full of abracadabra as well as Thai.
