Hi. This pertains to Thailand in an indirect way. I'm looking for suggestions for a prepaid U.S.A. debit card ( loaded from U.S.A.) bank, from which it will be easy to withdraw via ATM. in Thailand. Preferably with a high daily limit. I am NOT interested in Paypal, but any other suggestions are welcome.
