I read that report about a week ago. But I was surprised to see the 3rd floor still there 4 days ago when I passed the White Box. It was a few weeks ago, but Toto's looked to still be there when I went by. I sure hope it doesn't close. Probably the best Italiand food in Phuket. Not cheap though. stuarty Posted August 29, 2014 Share Posted August 29, 2014 Toto is part of Watermark group http://www.watermark.co.th/toto/ He also owned the Babylon Beach Club at Bangtao Beach which was cleared last month, and he has the big while elephant called Loft at Laguna (opposite Toto), which has tried but failed to stay open at least twice, and has been standing empty for years.
