Hi,

I obtained my first non immigrant B. Is there a timeframe in which i have to enter the country? On the non B it says that it remains valid for entry for 1 year after the issuing date. I already have it for 2 months and will stay another month in my country. I will enter the country before the first 90 days from date of issuing are passed. Has this late entry any influence on the non B. Will i get questioned about my late entry in bkk airport.

Any advice is welcome.

For every day you do not use it from the date of issue is one day less that you have to get an entry before your visa expires.

Not using it for 3 months means you will only have 9 months you can use the visa for further entries.
