up-country_sinclair
My wife and I want to get a will drawn up at our local Amphur office. Nothing too complicated, but we have multiple bank and investment accounts, and they're all not in both of our names. Can anyone advise on the following: How much does this cost? How long does the process take? What sort of identification needs to be shown? Do we need to provide witnesses to sign the will What is the name of the will form in Thai? (A reply to this question in Thai and English characters would be great, if possible.) Any other experienced advice on the topic would be appreciated. Thanks! colinneil
My self and wife had Thai wills drawn up at amphur (Banphai) No cost ,no witnesses, only id and tabian bahn, finished in 30 minutes . Staff very helpful. We had to show bank books and leave copies at amphur.
