maxme
I am on a 3-month Non-O visa and already did a 2 month extension. We are supposed to travel abroad after these two months and get a 3-month non-o which i can extend to one year in Thailand. Because of work our trip will be delayed for a few days, the question is - is it possible to get another 7-day extension after the 2 months extension or should i just pay overstay fine on my way out? Any input would be appreciated. Thanx
ubonjoe
You can apply for the 7 day extension, pay 1900 baht and get 7 days to leave the country after having a 60 day extension.
lopburi3
As said above you can always get 7 days to leave - it is actually an extension request that is not allowed and stamped as such but gives you 7 days without any negative consequences.
