Four month stay

Featured Replies

My wife and I arrive in Thailand on Dec 17 for what was to be our usual one month trip, but due to an early retirement offer we now would like to stay until the end of March any suggestions as to the easy way to do this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.

Getting a 2 entry tourist visa would be the best option. Each entry would give you 60 days that can be extended for 30 days.

Thank you but would that involve a visa run and is that a problem now

It would require leaving and re-entering the country. You can do a border run or fly out and back to do it without a problem.

Only out and back trips for visa exempt entries are restricted.
