From the info below, where can the Visa application be obtained?

How long would the 'Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour' take to recieve?

Is that it? No need for the prospective employer to show documentation of company registration/contract/etc?

Where is the nearest (best choice) Thai Consulate that a Canadian can apply for the non-imm B?

2.1 Non-Immigrant Visa (category “B” – Business) is issued to applicants who wish to enter Thailand to work or to do business.

* Foreigners who wish to work in Thailand

- Visa application form completely filled out

- Applicant’s passport with validity not less than six months.

- (4x6 cm.) photograph of the applicant taken within the past six months

- Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family)

- Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour (To obtain this letter, his/her prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit Form WP3 at the Office of Foreigner Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour Tel. 02-2452745 or at the Provincial Employment Office in the respective province. - Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour (only in case the applicant has previously worked in the Kingdom )
