cleggit
All, We're interested to hear if anyone has any recommendations for property management companies in Bangkok. We're planning to rent out our house situated on the Summit Windmill Golf Course off Bangna Trad highway. We're looking for a company who can provide a full property management service and are already aware of CBRE and Knight Frank (if anyone has any comments on these two please feel free to chip in). Many thanks Simon & Phatcharee

For holiday rentals the big boys will charge you as muh as 30% plus taxes. And there marketing is no better than the others !
homegal
5% is standard here in Thailand where property care is concerned. That's the thing about LOS. The "wrong" things are overpriced (i.e. property and cars) and the things that justify a higher price are not....sigh.
