They will not prevent a hangover, but they might ease it, what they do for me is completely prevent diarrhea associated with excess drinking.
That in itself is pretty amazing.
Also the ingredients look benign.

Treating hangovers is another story.
Hang doesn't really help all that much but i like it as a tonic.
I know this has been done before but feel free to post what works for you, too.

I think more that two drinks a day is too much for me.

I heard Gatorade or something the same in the morning help replenish what the alcohol removes......regardless - alcohol is still a shock to your system/systems whether you "feel" it or not.....

Avoid energy drinks - they seem to be funding a lot of heart Doctors quite well.....

good point

you can find sport drink and mixes everywhere

but i am not a big fan of sugar/sweets

b vitamins might help

they say 'drink water with the wine'

but who the heck has patience for that?

a lot of water before you go to bed

a mug of hot steaming Bovril when you wake up...thumbsup.gif

in Australia berocca was all the rage the next day, big dose of vitamin b that did seem to help along with the panadol.
