I am VERY VERY certain Ive just seen this guy walk into soi 9 cop shop with a thai man - no cuffs or anything. The guy I saw I immiediatly recognised, he had a cast on one of his arms (forget which) but no visual signs of face cuts tho. :o

How else would you carry an 8inch bladed sheath knife? ok the sheath got pulled up when he pulled the knife out.
