Right, and that's true for Thai masseuses too, and flying fishes do exist, but they are not the majority of the genre, especially in Pattaya (for masseuses and karaoke singers, I can't say for the local fishes as I haven't seen much there so far... but they must be numerous if I have to believe my sense of smell!).

What is currently the penalty? My wife has karaoke bar in Isaan. All papers for business in Thai name. Friend of family. But misses is Laotian. Spending night in police cell and we don't know what will happen next. Stressed out. 2 kids at home with their grandmother who requires twice weekly kidney dialysis. Kids have no school for 2 days. I can't sleep now. Due over there in 7 weeks time to find teaching job in Thailand for year. Worried fiancee of 27 months may get shipped back to Laos. Worse case prosecuted and max penalty is 5 years.

They are all from Asean countries. Thought by now they can easily work anywhere in Asean area?
