Need to head to Chang Wattana in the next week to get 60 extension of non imm O - care for daughter

I know I need

original and copies of birth certificate and house book.

Copies of your passport photo page,

visa, entry/permitted to stay stamp and TM6 departure card.

Completed TM7 application form with attached photo.
and daughter with you

Is there anything else I need to bring or show that is mandatory?

This is might first extension at CW, any info would be appreciated

Do they ask different questions than when extending a tourist visa?

It is a 60 day extension of stay to visit you child.

They could ask for proof of address unless the address shown on the house book is the same as you put on the application form.

Financial proof is not required. They will not ask any questions about it either.

Sorry one more thing

I have the signed lease in my name in BKK that I can bring with copies

Any chance they call the landlord while doing the extension?

Not sure if she has me registered and paying taxes on the rent I pay

Should I give her a call as a heads up?

I read recently they are trying to enforce having landlords registering no Thai tennants

They will not call anybody. Immigration has no concern about taxes being paid it is not their job.

They will just want proof of address to confirm you are living in Bangkok..

I have seen no reports of CW wanting a TM30 from the landlord for a 60 day extension.
